CIROH Jupyterhub is an approved app that is maintained by the Cooperative Institute for Research to Operations in Hydrology. It is accessible via the Apps page in HydroShare and through a web app connector search on the HydroShare discover page.
Accessing CIROH Jupyterhub Requires filling out a request form and affiliation with CIROH. Users must have a reason for joining, and a github account. To request access, follow this link:
Once you have access, Jupyter notebook scan be launched from HydroShare into CIROH Jupyterhub via the "Open with" Menu on the resource landing page. Users will choose the size of the instance, and then launch.
Server options include:

Small - 5GB RAM, 2 CPUs

Medium - 11GB RAM, 4 CPUs

Large - 24GB RAM, 8 CPUs

Huge - 52GB RAM, 16 CPUs
